Every property is different, and so is our approach. We offer both full and partial from fully furnishing and styling a vacant property to refreshing and transforming an occupied home. All services include an in-person consultation, a personalised styling plan, sourcing and installing furniture and accessories, and a final reveal. We're hands-on from that very first conversation right through to the moment the home is ready to shoot.

It starts with a conversation we get to know the property, the market, and your goals. From there we create a tailored staging plan, source and prepare everything needed, and handle the full installation ourselves. On reveal day, the home is styled to sell and ready for the photographer. Once the property is sold, we coordinate a smooth de-install. We manage every step so you don't have to.

Full staging is ideal for vacant properties we bring in everything from furniture to finishing touches to create a warm, lived-in feel that photographs beautifully and connects with buyers. Partial staging works with what's already in the home, adding, editing, and elevating the existing space with our own pieces and styling expertise. Not sure which option is right for you? We recommend reaching out as early as possible ideally 2–4 weeks before your intended photo shoot or listing date. Popular periods book up quickly, and the earlier we're involved, the more time we have to plan and execute a result that truly does the property justice. That said, we're not strangers to a fast turnaround when it's needed!
